These terms govern your use of the No.5 Nail Spa website at no5nailspa.com and the appointment booking and messaging services offered through it. By booking an appointment or using the site, you agree to these terms.
Appointments & booking
When you book through our site, you provide your name, phone number, and the service, technician, and time you select. Pricing shown reflects the services and add-ons you choose; any additional extras requested in the chair may adjust the final total. We make every effort to honor booked times but may need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will contact you.
Cancellation & no-show
We know plans change. If you can't make your appointment, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another guest. Please arrive on time: we hold your spot for a 15-minute grace period, after which the slot may be released to the next guest. To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your confirmation text (if you opted in) or call us at 720-612-4205.
Text messaging
If you opt in when booking, we send a one-time appointment confirmation text, including a secure link to reschedule or cancel your booking, to the mobile number you provide. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of booking. Message frequency is approximately one message per appointment, and message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Use of the site
You agree to provide accurate information when booking and to use the site only for lawful purposes. The site, its content, and the No.5 Nail Spa name and logo are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Disclaimers
The site and our services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, No.5 Nail Spa is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
