Information we collect

• Booking details. When you book an appointment we collect the name and phone number you provide, along with the service, technician, and time you select. These are used solely to schedule and manage your visit.
• Loyalty program. If you take part in our rewards program, we keep your first name, phone number, and points balance to track and redeem rewards.
• Usage data & cookies. Like most websites, we collect basic, aggregated information about how visitors use the public site (pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, and referring source) through the analytics services described below. Some of these set cookies.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our public website. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. We also use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless service that measures aggregate traffic without identifying individual visitors. Analytics run only on our public marketing pages.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments.
• To send an appointment confirmation by text message, if you opt in (see "Text messaging" below).
• To operate our loyalty rewards program.
• To understand and improve how our website and services are used.

Text messaging

If you opt in when booking, we send a one-time appointment confirmation text, including a secure link to reschedule or cancel your booking, to the mobile number you provide. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of booking an appointment. Message frequency is approximately one message per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with our messaging provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering these messages.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to perform their service:

• Supabase: secure database and hosting for booking and loyalty data.
• Vercel: website hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Google: website analytics.
• Twilio: delivery of appointment confirmation text messages.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's opt-out browser add-on. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of the booking or loyalty information we hold about you, contact us using the details below.
