1. Sponsor

The Grand Reopening Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by No.5 Nail Spa, operated by TRU Nail & Spa LLC ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Colorado who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees and owners of No.5 Nail Spa, along with their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Sweepstakes begins on November 6, 2026, when the salon opens for business, and ends on November 30, 2026, at the salon's closing time.

Entries must be received during this period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting No.5 Nail Spa at 7533 S University Blvd, Centennial, Colorado, during regular business hours throughout the giveaway period.

To enter:

1. Request a free giveaway entry form at the front desk.
2. Provide your full name and contact phone number.
3. Submit the completed form into the designated giveaway entry box.

Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person throughout the entire giveaway period.

No purchase, payment, appointment, or salon service is required to participate.

Purchasing a service will not provide additional entries or improve the chances of winning.

Facebook likes, comments, shares, follows, and tags are not required for entry.

5. Prizes

A total of four (4) prizes will be awarded.

Grand Prize: One (1) Winner

• Apple iPhone 18 Pro
• Color: Burgundy
• Storage: 256GB
• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,199

Gift Card Prizes: Three (3) Winners

• One $100 No.5 Nail Spa gift card per winner
• Total gift card value: $300

Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: $1,499.

Each winner may receive only one prize.

Prizes are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except as required by applicable law. Gift cards remain subject to applicable Colorado gift card laws.

No substitution will be made except where necessary due to circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, in which case a prize of equal or greater retail value may be provided.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

Four (4) winners will be selected through a random drawing on December 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes period.

One winner will receive the iPhone 18 Pro, and three additional winners will each receive a $100 No.5 Nail Spa gift card.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of selection.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be selected randomly. A purchase will not increase the odds of winning.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the phone numbers provided on their entry forms.

Winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days after the initial notification.

If a selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the required period, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, the Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

No payment will be requested from any winner to claim a prize.

8. Prize Collection

Winners must collect their prizes in person at No.5 Nail Spa during regular business hours, unless alternative arrangements are approved by the Sponsor.

Valid government-issued identification may be required to verify eligibility.

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with their prizes.

The Sponsor may request applicable tax documentation when required by law.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

Information collected through the Sweepstakes entry forms will be used to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, and contact winners.

Participant information will not automatically be added to marketing or promotional mailing lists.

The Sponsor will take reasonable measures to protect collected personal information and will retain or dispose of entry information in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

10. Publicity

The Sponsor may announce winners' names on its official social media pages or website, subject to applicable law and privacy requirements.

Photographs, testimonials, or additional promotional content featuring winners will require separate permission where applicable.

11. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

If circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control materially compromise the integrity or fair administration of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

Any changes will be communicated appropriately and will not be used to unfairly disadvantage eligible participants.

12. Facebook and Instagram Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to No.5 Nail Spa and not to Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

By participating, entrants agree to release Facebook and Instagram from claims arising from this promotion, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Acceptance of Official Rules

By entering, participants agree to comply with these Official Rules and applicable laws.

Participation does not require a purchase, payment, or service appointment.
